Haywood Academy has put into place very effective measures to ensure that all students have access to remote learning during lockdown periods.
However, there may be students who will be detrimentally affected by the impact of COVID 19. The Government has awarded additional funding (Catch-up Funding) to be utilised in schools to support students to catch up on lost learning and/or to provide support as necessary where COVID has had a negative impact. This will ensure students are in-line with curriculum expectations and continue to thrive and make progress towards Academy targets.
