I have taught for 17 years in a number of schools in Cheshire East, Derbyshire and Stoke-on-Trent, first joining Haywood Academy in 2015. My previous roles as Assistant Principal and Lead for City College allowed me to work with a generation of Haywood students from KS3 through to applying for post-18 training, careers and University. I have seen how an inclusive and positive experience in school can shape the futures of young people and help them on their chosen path beyond education. My current role leading on Data, Timetable and Exams provides a strategic foundation to underpin the work of others and will help all staff better support students to reach their potential.
