We understand that on occasion you may need to speak to a member of staff about an urgent matter. Wherever possible, please contact reception by phone or email rather than coming directly into the Academy. This will enable us to ensure that a private space and the correct member of staff is available to deal with your concerns. Please understand that we cannot disturb staff in lessons or meetings. To avoid a wasted journey, we ask that appointments are made in advance. Your concerns are very important to us and we want to make sure they are dealt with quickly and in complete confidence.
