I have always had a passion to inspire both young people and colleagues to reach their potential and celebrate their successes. As a Maths teacher, I believe that Mathematics is an essential life skill for everybody as well as a demanding and interesting subject that engages the mind.

The best part of my role is having the opportunity to see students do their best and to help them to persevere when they find circumstances difficult, when they succeed it’s incredibly rewarding!

When I am not in work, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets. I enjoy football and use to play at a high level when I was younger, and can also often be found watching live ice hockey supporting my local team. I am also a massive aviation nerd and many weekends over the summer I will be watching air shows up and down the country.
