Physical education can challenge and inspire. It can lead to life changes in terms&nbsp;of&nbsp;improved health, learning achievements and the development&nbsp;of&nbsp;positive relationships. While traditionally a subject in the curriculum our interests go beyond this to include extra-curricular activities associated with Physical Education such as field trips and sports clubs.&nbsp;The PE department have a moto to ensure all students are&nbsp;actively engaged and motivated to stay fit and active through sport.&nbsp;We strive to ensure all students&nbsp;of&nbsp;the Academy understand the benefits&nbsp;of&nbsp;a healthy active lifestyle and how to access it.&nbsp;The schools \u2018Arch\u2019 Values are embedded within the department consistently. Aspiring to promote positive behavior and performances on a day-to-day basis. Respect belongings, one another and all who participate in sport, especially the opposition. Respect the community when participating and promote a healthy active lifestyle.
